On April 15 in Vinh Long, a strategic cooperation agreement signed between the Department of Education and Training of Vinh Long province, SHD-Corp Joint Stock Company and the Erfurt City Industrial Park (Germany), officially marked an important turning point in the vocational training strategy and developing high-quality human resources of the locality.
This agreement aims to implement an international vocational training program for high school students in Vinh Long, creating conditions for them to access advanced vocational education in Germany - a country considered a model for Europe in this field.
In the context of the global labor market facing a shortage of highly skilled workers, the cooperation model between state management agencies, private enterprises and international partners such as in Vinh Long is considered a breakthrough initiative, pioneering in the Mekong Delta region.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Ms. Truong Thanh Nhuan - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Vinh Long province - affirmed that this is an important milestone opening a new direction for local human resource training, while helping students in the area access modern technology and a professional working environment in Germany, thereby improving competitiveness and making a practical contribution to the long-term development of the province.

Ms. Pham Thi Mai, the mother of a student participating in the program, said that her family is not frugal, so the program has financial support, costs are much lower than traditional university study abroad but still opens up a clear career future, making the family completely assured when choosing this direction for their children.
