On November 13, through the Office of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province, the People's Committee of the province has just issued a plan to organize fireworks on New Year's Eve of the Lunar New Year 2025 in the area to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for people on the occasion of the traditional New Year; compete in labor, production and complete socio-economic targets in 2025; celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025).
Details of the 11 fireworks display locations are as follows: Hoa Binh City: 1 location at Hoa Binh Bridge; Mai Chau District: 1 location at the District Stadium; Tan Lac District: 1 location at the District Stadium; Lac Thuy District: 1 location at the District Stadium; Kim Boi District: 1 location at the New Urban Area (Sao Area, Bo Town); Luong Son District: 2 locations at the Center of Luong Son Town and Ben Market Area, Thanh Cao Commune; Lac Son District: 1 location at Trau Hill, Vu Ban Town; Cao Phong District: 1 location at the District Cultural House; Da Bac District: 1 location at Da Bac Town; Yen Thuy District: 1 location at 30/4 Square in the center of Yen Thuy District.
Shooting time is not more than 15 minutes; shooting time is according to current regulations. Organizing budget comes from socialized funding contributed by organizations, businesses and individuals inside and outside the province.
The Provincial People's Committee has assigned specific tasks to departments and branches to organize the implementation of the Plan, ensuring that the organization of fireworks on New Year's Eve in the province must have close coordination among forces.
