Component project 1 of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway is about 16km long. Previously, this component project had a technical traffic opening schedule on December 19, 2025, but was not completed in time due to unfavorable weather developments and the construction situation of contractors...
For Component Project 3, Ring Road 3 HCMC, according to the request of the Provincial People's Committee, it is necessary to strive to complete and put into operation by the end of April 2026. Previously, in mid-December 2025, this project was officially technically opened to traffic, more than 11km long. After completing the technical opening, the construction contractors at the project continue to mobilize manpower, machinery and equipment to continue construction to complete this project.
Previously, on March 18, Project Management Board 85 had just sent a document to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province on the traffic organization plan for component project 2, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway (Dong Nai province) more than 18km long, according to the plan to put the main route into operation before March 31, connecting with component project 3, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway (Ho Chi Minh City province) with a total length of both component projects of more than 37km.
