Sharing about her decision, Le Ngo Nguyet Anh said she had a stable job in Ho Chi Minh City with an attractive salary after graduating from university.
However, with the desire to contribute and serve long-term in the army, she decided to volunteer to join the army.
“Although I am a bit worried because the military environment is very disciplined and full of challenges, I believe that this will be an opportunity to train myself and learn useful things,” Nguyet Anh expressed.
Sharing the same aspiration, Phan Thi Thu Hoai said that since she was little, she had a dream of wearing a military uniform, especially when her family had relatives serving in the military.
“Being in the army is a great pride. I wish to contribute and become a professional soldier” - Thu Hoai shared.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Quan - Commander of Cam Lam District Military Command, up to now, 100% of the young men who have been recruited for military service have received their orders and are ready to leave with high spirits. The military handover ceremony is expected to take place on February 13.
This year, Khanh Hoa province has a total of 2,223 citizens joining the army, of which 1,909 people (including 9 women) perform military service and 314 people participate in the people's police service.
