3 projects to be implemented in Nam Tu Liem district

    Hanoi has just added 3 projects with a total area of 36.39 hectares of land to the list of works and projects implemented in the 2025 land use plan of Nam Tu Liem district.

    The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2821/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 land use plan of Nam Tu Liem district.

    Accordingly, the City People's Committee approved the adjustment and supplementation of the 2025 land use plan of Nam Tu Liem district approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 120/QD-UBND dated January 8, 2025 (adjusted and supplemented in Decision No. 1720/QD-UBND dated March 25, 2025).

    Add 3 projects with a total area of about 36.39 hectares of land to the list of works and projects implemented in the 2025 land use plan of Nam Tu Liem district.

    The three projects include: Bidding to select investors to implement the project according to the planning of about 37.7 hectares in Tay Mo ward, Nam Tu Liem district and Van Canh commune, Hoai Duc district according to the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500; Office area, public services and housing for sale in Trung Van ward; Agency building, office combined with product introduction and warranty center in Tay Mo ward.

    On this basis, the City People's Committee adjusts the content of the list of works and projects in the 2025 land use plan including 99 projects, with a total area of ​​about 637.15ha in Clause 2, Article 1 of Decision No. 1720/QD-UBND dated 25.3.2025 of the City People's Committee into the list of works and projects in the land use plan in 2025 Nam Tu Liem district, including 102 projects with about 673HA.

    Other contents of the 2025 land use plan of Nam Tu Liem district are implemented according to Decision No. 120/QD-UBND dated January 8, 2025 (adjusted and supplemented in Decision No. 1720/QD-UBND dated March 25, 2025) of the City People's Committee.
