On July 7, Mr. Do Huu Huy, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, said that the province has implemented the "45 days and nights campaign to accelerate the progress of site clearance for projects" in the area. Through this, in order to remove bottlenecks in site clearance, create a clean land fund to serve the implementation of key projects.
According to the Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, the results of site clearance will be a measure to assess the level of task completion and responsibility of each agency, unit as well as the head.
Therefore, localities and units must be drastic in organizing implementation, not allowing backlog of dossiers, not allowing work to be delayed due to subjective reasons, and at the same time resolutely stop the situation of shirking and avoiding responsibility.
To ensure the completion of the set goals, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has established 5 working groups headed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, directly going to the scene to direct, inspect, urge and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in the project implementation process," Mr. Do Huu Huy emphasized.
According to the plan, departments, branches and localities will focus resources on implementing compensation, support, resettlement and site clearance for projects under the monitoring of Steering Committee 152.
At the same time, strengthen coordination between agencies and units to promptly handle difficulties and obstacles arising during the implementation process.
The campaign is implemented according to the "6 clear" motto, including: clear people, clear tasks, clear responsibilities, clear time, clear results and clear authority. All difficulties and obstacles arising must be considered, handled or reported to competent authorities within a time limit of no more than 5 working days.
In 45 days and nights, the province aims to review and update the progress of 100% of projects under the monitoring of Steering Committee 152; completely handle 100% of backlog dossiers that have been classified; strive to complete 90-95% of the site clearance area according to the plan of each project.
In addition, the province requests to complete the approval of 100% of compensation, support, and resettlement plans that meet the conditions; and at the same time strive to disburse 100% of the compensation, support, and resettlement funds that have been allocated. All complaints and petitions under its authority must also be considered and resolved promptly in accordance with the law.
