On June 6, in an exchange with Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Hoang Xuan Phuong - Director of Dak Lak Provincial Land Registration Office - said: "The work of resolving administrative procedures (TTHC) in the field of land continues to be implemented synchronously by the unit, contributing to improving the quality of service for people and businesses".
According to Mr. Phuong, in the first 6 months of 2026, the unit has resolved 195,556 administrative procedure dossiers related to land (an increase of 12.7% compared to the same period in 2025). This data does not include statistics in communes and wards in the area.
In which, registration of land changes accounted for the largest number with 82,636 dossiers; registration of secured transactions reached 54,762 dossiers; registration for renewal and re-issuance of Certificates of land use rights was 27,093 dossiers; provision of land data reached 31,065 dossiers.
The results of dossier resolution show that the rate of correctness and ahead of schedule reached a high level. Specifically, out of a total of 195,556 dossiers processed, 191,764 dossiers were resolved correctly and ahead of schedule, reaching a rate of 98.06%. Among these, 5,107 dossiers were returned because they did not meet the conditions for resolution according to regulations.
Maintaining the rate of timely dossier resolution at over 98% shows positive changes in administrative reform and modernization of land management.
This is also an important basis to improve the satisfaction level of people and businesses when carrying out procedures related to the land sector," Mr. Phuong emphasized.
In May 2026, the 11th Dak Lak Provincial People's Council, term 2026 - 2031, passed a Resolution approving the adjustment of the Dak Lak Provincial Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
