On the afternoon of October 4, at Quan Ngua Sports Palace (Hanoi), 700 pregnant mothers participated in a yoga performance within the framework of the 2025 Pregnant Mothers & Children Festival. The event spreads the message of a healthy, happy pregnancy.
Talking to reporters, Ms. Trang Ngan (from Son La) currently living in Hanoi said: "I learned about the program when I went shopping and was introduced. Normally, I practice yoga 3-4 sessions a week, finding my body stronger, less tired and better mentally. For pregnant mothers, the effectiveness is even more obvious. I participate to spread the spirit of healthy living to other pregnant mothers".
For the first time, Ms. Huong, 29 years old, who is 36 months pregnant, said: "I used to practice yoga but not regularly. When I had my baby, I was more focused. Today, I felt comfortable and relieved. I think mothers should maintain it as a habit, it is very good for bones, joints and spirit".

Being with pregnant mothers is the companionship of the family, especially the husbands. Mr. Son, 32 years old, brought his wife to Hanoi from Hai Duong early even though the distance was quite long.
He shared: "Show like this are very meaningful. Pregnant mothers can interact and learn, while fathers like me also understand more about their wife's health. The important thing is that the wife is happy and relaxed, that is worth it".
For Mr. Hoang - a young father preparing to welcome his first child for the first time said the event brought many positive experiences: "My wife is 33 weeks pregnant, sometimes has difficulty breathing and back pain. Thanks to practicing yoga, she feels more comfortable and sleeps better. I find that exercise helps pregnant mothers stay relaxed, and the child also develops well".
According to the Organizing Committee, the Pregnancy Yoga activity is the highlight of the 2025 Pregnancy & Baby Festival, taking place over two days, October 4-5 at Quan Ngua Sports Palace. In addition to yoga, the event also has activities such as Iron Kids, Beef, Concert Garden and Mega Sale experience area, attracting thousands of families to attend.
Not only a practice session, the program has also become a space for meeting and sharing between pregnant mothers - those who are writing a journey of "growing up with their children" full of love.
