On October 2, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee held a conference to award early retirement decisions to cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee. The conference was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Van Phong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee.
According to the decisions of the Hanoi Party Committee, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Dung and Dang Thi Phuong Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City, term 2024 - 2029, are allowed to retire early, enjoy the regime and policies according to the provisions of Decree No. 178/2024 dated December 31, 2024 and Decree No. 67/2025 dated March 15, 2025 of the Government from October 1, 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Chinh Huu - Vice Chairman of the Hanoi City Labor Federation, term 2023 - 2028, is allowed to retire early, enjoy the regime and policies according to the provisions of Decree No. 178/2024 and Decree No. 67/2025 from November 1, 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong acknowledged: The working process of the three comrades is closely linked to the grassroots, matured from the grassroots, attached to the capital Hanoi, and held the positions from the grassroots to the City, but in any position, they always excellently completed the assigned tasks.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee also highly appreciated the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City and the City Labor Federation for supporting the major policies of the Party, State, and City on streamlining the apparatus, the fact that comrades holding leadership and management positions apply for early retirement shows the consensus and setting an example for comrades.
"The City Party Committee highly appreciates the proactive and voluntary application for early retirement, creating conditions for the next generation to have a new step of development. This is not the end but the beginning of a new stage of development of the City, because thanks to the consensus and high responsibility of the team of cadres and leaders like you, it will create favorable conditions for the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to rearrange the management apparatus and soon stabilize, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong noted.
Comrade Nguyen Van Phong also said that after 3 months of operation of the 2-level local government, the City's apparatus has been put into effective operation, achieving many exciting new results.
The City's proactive arrangement of the apparatus will create conditions for cadres to work with peace of mind, creating a stable political environment for the City government apparatus to operate and operate effectively, achieving outstanding results in many fields.
