Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province agreed in principle to assign the People's Committee of Tu Son city to continue implementing the free wifi coverage plan in Tu Son city; the People's Committee of Tu Son city is responsible for coordinating with the Department of Information and Communications during the implementation process to ensure consistency in model, design, installation plan and pilot implementation time for evaluation before expansion.
Assign the Department of Information and Communications to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Bac Ninh city to deploy a plan to cover free wifi in Bac Ninh city; guide the People's Committee of Tu Son city in deploying free wifi coverage in Tu Son city; report to the Provincial People's Committee on the results of the pilot implementation before October 30, 2025.
The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to research and advise on budget allocation for the implementation of free wifi coverage in Bac Ninh city and Tu Son city according to regulations.
