Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee Pham Thanh Ngai has just signed Decision No. 23/2026/QD-UBND abolishing legal normative documents of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee and Tien Giang Provincial People's Committee previously issued. Accordingly, from February 15, 2026, 29 legal normative documents will be completely abolished, including:

2. Decision No. 46/2025/QD-UBND dated August 20, 2025 of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Property Auction Service Center under the Department of Justice of Dong Thap province.
3. Decision No. 47/2025/QD-UBND dated August 20, 2025 of the People's Committee of Dong Thap province stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Notary Office No. 1 under the Department of Justice of Dong Thap province.
