Also this morning, the church area in Hai Tien commune had rain and wind. Many fishermen still took the opportunity to move their boats to the missing location to avoid being affected by the storm that damaged their property.
The whole province of Ninh Binh has 1,861 fishing vessels and 5,724 workers directly at sea, all vessels and boats have come ashore to take shelter from storm No. 3 safely.

In Hai Tien commune, some small alleys, gardens, and houses along the dike were flooded due to the impact of storms and floods.
To ensure safety before the storm makes landfall, many households in dangerous areas, people raising clams, aquaculture, seafood, fishermen on vehicles working at sea, on rivers, and not ensuring safety have also been evacuated to solid places.
In addition, the People's Committees of communes and wards organize propaganda and instruct people on disaster response skills, especially measures to ensure safety when there are strong winds, floods, and landslides. Localities urgently review and develop plans to evacuate people in coastal areas and areas at high risk of landslides and flash floods to safe places. At the same time, ensure food, clean water, and temporary accommodation for evacuated households.
