At 10:30 on July 22, after storm No. 3 Wipha made landfall in Hai Phong, only light rain appeared in the inner city. Major streets are deserted. The number of fallen trees after the storm has also decreased significantly due to careful preparation for Typhoon Wipha.
Regarding urban trees, by 5:00 p.m. on July 21, 837 dead and endangered pests had been cut down; 2,851 trees had been pruning and compacted; and 4,412 trees had been tied up.

According to Lao Dong reporters, some roads still recorded fallen trees such as Lach Tray and Quan Nam streets, mainly small, medium trees with small branches, not affecting traffic. Vehicles of the green park and urban environment unit also quickly collected and transported broken branches due to the impact of the storm.





Information from Bach Long Vi Special Zone, storm No. 3 passed through, the locality was basically safe for people and property, the works and trees were almost not affected much. Special forces leaders went to inspect the situation after the storm, listening to the feedback from the people.
