The incident was discovered on the morning of July 22 on Road No. 8, Chon Thanh Ward, Dong Nai Province.
Initial information, on the same morning, local people discovered a man (about 40 years old) lying in a small ditch at the curve of Road 8.
When people came to check, they discovered that the victim had died. The incident was then reported to the authorities.
At the scene, the man died lying on the stomach. About 10m away, the victim's motorbike fell and was damaged.
After receiving the report, the authorities of Chon Thanh ward were present to block off the scene waiting for the police to examine it.
By 10:00 a.m. the same day, the examination work was completed. Currently, Dong Nai Provincial Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
Talking to reporters, the leader of Chon Thanh ward confirmed that the deceased victim was T.H.L (52 years old, residing in Minh Hung ward, Dong Nai province), an officer working at the ward's General Service Center. The victim was suspected of having an accident on his way home, it was raining heavily, the road was slippery, but it was not discovered until this morning. The locality is currently working with the family to organize a funeral for the deceased.
