    According to records, on the evening of August 25, the storm winds were very strong in Cua Lo sea commune and coastal districts, Vinh city (old), Nghe An province.

    Many trees fell all over, many corrugated iron roofs and signs broke, causing traffic congestion.

    In Cua Lo coastal city, heavy rain caused high tides, causing many streets to be heavily flooded, with large waves fighting against the coast.
