On March 30, Deo Gia Commune People's Committee (Bac Ninh province) issued a notice to find relatives for a newborn baby boy abandoned in front of a resident's house in Trai Thap village.
Previously, at about 9:55 am on March 29, Deo Gia Commune Police received a report from Trai Thap village about the discovery of a newborn baby abandoned in front of the gate of Mr. D. V. T.'s house.
Immediately after that, the Commune Police coordinated with the Commune People's Committee and Deo Gia Commune Health Station to quickly arrive at the scene to verify the incident.
Initial records show that the abandoned child is a baby boy, about 7 days old, placed in a white basket. At the time of discovery, the baby's health was stable, awake, and showed no signs of abnormality.
Next to the baby was a letter with the content: "The baby was born on March 23, 2026. Because I am still young, I am a student and cannot afford to raise the baby, I hope someone can pick up the baby to help me raise the baby to become a good person".
The baby is being temporarily cared for by the Commune People's Committee and Deo Gia Commune Health Station, during the time of announcing the search for parents and relatives.
Deo Gia Commune People's Committee (Bac Ninh province) requests anyone who is a relative of the baby to contact the Commune People's Committee to carry out procedures to receive the child back according to the provisions of law.
Within 7 days, from March 30 to the end of April 6, if no relatives come to claim or there is no information about the child's relatives, the Commune People's Committee will resolve according to regulations.
