On March 2, the Cam Lam commune government issued a notice to find the biological father, mother or relative of a baby boy about 5-7 days old who was abandoned in the area near the gate of Hon The cemetery, Bai Gieng 2 village.
Previously, at about 5:45 pm on February 27, Mr. Ho Quang Thi (34 years old, residing in Bai Gieng 2 village, Cam Lam commune) discovered a baby boy abandoned in the area near the gate of Hon The cemetery.
According to initial information, the baby boy is about 5-7 days old, without injuries or deformities on his body.
When discovered, the baby was wearing a short-sleeved t-shirt, wrapped in a blue towel around his body and wrapped in a baby hat-covered scarf outside.
The baby was placed in a cardboard box (instant noodle box type), without personal papers or any accompanying objects. After discovering the incident, Mr. Thi reported it to the functional agency of Cam Lam commune.
Currently, the baby's health is stable, breastfeeding is good and is temporarily assigned to Mr. Ho Quang Thi to directly care for and nurture.
Cam Lam Commune People's Committee announces that within 7 consecutive days from March 2, the biological father, mother or relative of the above-mentioned boy should contact the Commune People's Committee to carry out procedures to recognize the child according to regulations.
After the above deadline, if there is no information about the child's biological father, mother or relative, Cam Lam Commune People's Committee will proceed with birth registration and carry out relevant procedures for the baby in accordance with legal regulations.
