Newborn baby boy abandoned with diapers near the border area

    Cao Bang - An abandoned newborn baby boy was discovered by locals and reported to the authorities.

    On March 27, information from Quang Han Commune Police (Trung Khanh District, Cao Bang Province) said that the locality had just received a report from the people about an abandoned newborn baby.

    Accordingly, at around 5am the same day, Mr. Hoang Van Hop (born in 1968, residing in Co Muoi hamlet, Quang Han commune, Trung Khanh district, Cao Bang province) discovered a newborn baby in front of his house, so he reported it to the authorities.

    At the time of discovery, the newborn was placed in a blue plastic basket, inside the plastic basket were diapers, 1 bottle of milk, 1 box of milk, a newborn shirt and 1 handwritten note. The boy is 50cm tall and weighs 3.7kg.

    After receiving the baby, Quang Han Commune Police coordinated with the commune health center to check the health of the newborn baby and make a record of the incident.

    Currently, Mr. Hoang Van Duong (born in 1972, residing in Co Muoi hamlet, Quang Han commune, Trung Khanh district) is temporarily taking care of the baby.
