Newborn baby boy abandoned in front of people's house

    Ha Tinh - Huong Pho commune authorities have just issued a notice to find relatives for an abandoned newborn baby boy.

    Ngày 2.2, UBND xã Hương Phố đã ban hành thông báo tìm thân nhân cho bé trai bị bỏ rơi trước cổng nhà dân trên địa bàn.

    Theo thông báo, vào khoảng 21 giờ 30 ngày 1.2, bà Lưu Thị Mai (trú thôn Phố Hương, xã Hương Phố) nghe tiếng khóc của trẻ sơ sinh phía trước cổng nhà.

    Khi chạy ra, bà phát hiện một bé trai cân nặng khoảng 2 kg cùng một số quần áo cũ và tờ giấy viết tay với nội dung: Mẹ xin lỗi con. Mẹ không đủ khả năng để nuôi con. Xin ân nhân giúp đỡ nuôi dưỡng cháu. Cháu sinh ngày 14.1.2026.

    Sau đó, gia đình bà Mai đã trình báo chính quyền địa phương. Nhận tin báo, UBND xã Hương Phố đã lập biên bản, tạm giao cháu bé cho gia đình anh Nguyễn Trọng Quân (SN 1987, trú thôn Phố Hương, xã Hương Phố, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh) chăm sóc.

    Hiện UBND xã Hương Phố thông báo, nếu ai biết thông tin về cha, mẹ đẻ và người thân của trẻ xin vui lòng liên hệ với UBND xã để cung cấp thông tin có liên quan. Trường hợp không tìm được người thân, địa phương sẽ làm thủ tục cho nhận con nuôi theo quy định.
