According to the report, the city's socio-economic situation in October and the first 10 months of the year was basically stable, with manufacturing industries maintaining good growth. 7/9 socio-economic targets for October are expected to achieve and exceed the growth scenario, including: Total budget revenue in the area; export turnover; goods through the port; attracting tourists; the rate of schools at all levels meeting national standards; the number of newly registered enterprises increased; the number of completed social housing units. Regarding the tasks for the last 2 months of 2025, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Tien Chau proposed to urgently issue the Working Regulations of the City Party Committee; strictly implement the Resolution of the 1st City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; complete and implement the Action Program, develop and promulgate work plans to quickly put the Resolution of the Congress into practice; summarize the organizational arrangement according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the Politburo in conjunction with commendation and reward for collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements; deploy and implement the Conclusions of the Central Committee on the situation and results of the activities of the political system and local government at both levels. Along with that, carefully prepare to successfully organize the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and the city's socio-political organizations; elect 16th National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.
