For the project to invest in and build a new dike line to replace the right dike line of Lach Tray from Km14+350 to Km16+100 ( Voi Mountain Area, An Lao Commune): Assign the Hai Phong Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board to direct the contractor to focus on human and material resources to speed up the project's construction progress according to the approved plan, striving to hand over the project for use before June 15, 2026.

The new Hai Phong City dike system includes 43 dikes, with a total length of 789.25km; 175.67km of embankment; 662 culverts across the dike, of which: In the old Hai Phong City, there are 24 dikes with a total length of 415.959km including sea dykes (58.225km), river dykes (126.968km), river dykes (230.766km). The entire system has 91.77 km of various embankments and 386 culverts under the dike. There are 19 dykes in the old Hai Duong province with a total length of 373.286 km.
