Although not directly affected by the storm, in the sea area of Tho Chau special zone, An Giang province, there will be heavy rain, with big waves and whirlwinds. Especially in residential areas, prolonged rain, high tides, causing local flooding and landslides.

Some locations where landslides occurred and boats were washed away by waves, the Border Guard station has proactively coordinated with local forces and authorities to deploy response measures to minimize possible damage.
