Accordingly, the working headquarters of the Department of Finance is located at 181-183 Le Hong Phong Street; the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism at 35-45 Le Loi Street; the Department of Home Affairs at 180 Tang Bat Ho Street; the Department of Health continues to use the working headquarters at 756 Tran Hung Dao Street.
The headquarters of the Department of Construction is at 08 Le Thanh Ton Street and 32 Ly Thuong Kiet Street; the Department of Agriculture and Environment is at 77 Le Hong Phong Street and 08 Hai Ba Trung Street (shift the Provincial Land Registration Office to 08 Hai Ba Trung Street).
The Department of Science and Technology has its office at 38 Truong Chinh Street and 208 Dien Hong Street; the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions at 20 Ngo Thoi Nhiem Street.
The headquarters of the Provincial Traffic and Civil Works Project Management Board is at 705 and 518-520 Tran Hung Dao Street; the Provincial Land Fund Development Center is at 210 Dien Hong Street.
For houses and land that are surplus and unused public assets under the management of the province, but have not yet had a handling decision from the competent authority, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan assigned the Department of Finance to study and direct the Central Government, instruct agencies, organizations and units to continue managing and protecting assets, promptly propose handling plans to avoid causing waste.
The Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee agreed in principle to allow the Binh Dinh Provincial Development Investment Fund to temporarily use the old headquarters of the Provincial Center for Socio-Economic Development Research at 368 Tran Hung Dao Street for working, while waiting for assets to be processed according to regulations (leased through auction or price listing).
Assign the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Development Investment Fund to urgently carry out the temporary handover and reception of the office at the above address to ensure compliance with regulations. At the same time, coordinate with relevant agencies to advise the Provincial People's Committee to revoke this headquarters to hand over to the Center for Planning and Construction Inspection under the Department of Construction for management and exploitation in the direction of leasing.
