On the afternoon of February 6, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Military Party Committee organized the announcement and awarding of decisions on personnel work. Colonel Tran Huu Ich, Commander of the City Military Command (CHQS) chaired the decision awarding ceremony.
Implementing the Decisions of Military Region 5 Command, this time the City Military Command organized the awarding of Decisions on transfer and appointment to 25 comrades; and at the same time received and assigned tasks to 31 officers and trainees to hold the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Command of communes and wards in Da Nang city.
Leaders of the City Military Command congratulated the comrades who were trusted to be assigned tasks in their new positions; and at the same time requested each comrade to quickly approach work, proactively grasp the local situation, promote the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, and unity within the unit.
In the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Commune and Ward Military Command, comrades need to pay attention to doing well in Party work and political work; actively advise local Party committees and authorities in leading and directing the effective implementation of local national defense and military tasks.
Bringing Army officers to work at the Military Command of communes and wards is a major policy of the Party, State and Army, which is of great significance in consolidating the organization and improving the quality of operations of grassroots military forces.
This is identified as a breakthrough in building a comprehensively strong Military Command at the commune and ward levels, contributing to strengthening the strength of the all-people national defense, directly effectively implementing local national defense and military tasks from the grassroots level, in line with the 2-level local government model.
