On November 28, in Na Duong town, the Ministry of Public Security coordinated with Lang Son province to organize the inauguration ceremony, present model houses and launch the construction of temporary and dilapidated houses in Loc Binh district.
Accordingly, implementing the project to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses, Lang Son Provincial Police reported and received approval from the Ministry of Public Security to support funding to build 292 new houses for the subjects.
The Ministry of Public Security supports 70 million VND/house, the total support cost is over 20.4 billion VND, from the Ministry's socialized resources.
In addition, the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front, the Police of Lang Son province and Loc Binh district also mobilized from other sources to support the implementation of the program. In particular, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province called for and mobilized support of 360 tons of cement and over 9,800 m2 of floor tiles.
In addition, the Provincial Police also mobilized over 700 officers and soldiers from affiliated departments and the Police of Loc Binh, Cao Loc districts, and Lang Son city to work on Saturdays and Sundays to support the demolition and moving of old houses, foundation work, digging foundations, transporting materials, and constructing works.
At the ceremony, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security Office presented funding to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses to leaders of Lang Son province and Loc Binh district.
At the same time, General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Minister of Public Security, presented gifts to 4 families supported to build model houses, including Mr. Chu Van Giong's household (Na U village, Loi Bac commune); Nguyen Ba Ngoi (Son Ha area, Na Duong town); Mrs. Luong Thi Ngam's household (Khon Se village, San Vien commune); Hoang Thi Tranh (Po Loong village, Khuat Xa commune).
During the program, delegates held an inauguration ceremony and handed over the house to Mr. Nguyen Ba Ngoi's family.
