Initial information, at about 10:50 am on March 22, at Km21+000 of the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway (Nhon Trach commune, Dong Nai province), VEC E patrol team staff in coordination with the Traffic Police Department (C08) of the Ministry of Public Security recorded a herd of 4 cows coming up from the opening point to enter the construction site.
After discovering the incident, the parties regulated traffic, drove the herd of cows out and kept 1 cow to take to National Highway 51 station for handling.
Nhon Trach Commune Police coordinated with relevant units to work with the cow herd owner on the grazing of livestock within the safety corridor, letting cows go up the highway causing traffic unsafety.
Nhon Trach Commune Police made a record of the incident, made a first reminder, did not make an administrative violation record with the cattle herd owner and requested the cattle herd owner to write a commitment not to repeat the offense.
Then, on the evening of March 22, the cow herd owner hired a truck to transport the cows home.
