It is forecasted that from the afternoon of September 18 to 4:00 p.m. on September 20, Quang Binh will have moderate rain, heavy rain, and very heavy rain in some places. Total rainfall will range from 150-300mm, with some places over 380mm. Tuyen Hoa and Minh Hoa districts will have total rainfall from 150-250mm, with some places over 350mm; Quang Trach, Ba Don, Bo Trach, Dong Hoi city will have total rainfall from 160-260mm, with some places over 360mm; Quang Ninh and Le Thuy will have total rainfall from 170-270mm, with some places over 380mm. From the night of September 20 to September 21, total rainfall will range from 30-60mm, with some places over 80mm.
