Opportunity to escape poverty from labor export
According to statistics, the aging labor force in Buon Don accounts for a fairly high proportion. However, due to the terrain and socio-economic conditions, many areas, especially remote areas, still lack stable jobs.
In that context, orienting people to participate in labor export is considered a practical solution, bringing high income and opening the door to sustainable poverty reduction.

In the first half of 2024 alone, 54 workers in Buon Don district were sent to work abroad through enterprises such as: Vietgroup Education Investment Joint Stock Company, Nhan Hoa International Human Resources Joint Stock Company, Viet Ngoc International Human Resources Joint Stock Company, LOD Human Resources Development Joint Stock Company, Dai Viet General Development Trading Company Limited...
The main labor export markets are Japan, South Korea, Taiwan (China) ... places with high labor demand and attractive income levels.
After being selected and trained, workers can work in many occupations such as: Garment workers, painting, assembling electrical equipment, metal pressing, housekeeping, animal husbandry, wood processing, furniture manufacturing, etc.
H'Nhu Bya, residing in Ea Nuol commune, participated in labor export to Japan in October 2024 for a period of 3 years. At the factory in Koshindaira town, Bando city, Ibaraki province, H'Nhu Bya works as a metal presser with an income of more than 20 million VND per month after deducting living expenses.
Not only improving income, I also regularly send money to help my family repair the house and take care of my children's education.

Similarly, Mr. Dau Xuan Ti (born in 1990), residing in Ea Wer commune, is also working in Taiwan (China) with a 3-year contract. Thanks to a stable salary from working at the factory, in the first year, he paid almost all of his initial loan to serve labor export.
His family hopes that after the contract expires, the accumulated capital from foreign workers will be a springboard to invest in developing the household economy through livestock and crop models.
Supporting labor export
According to Mr. Y Si That Ksor - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Buon Don district, boosting labor export not only creates jobs but also helps young workers access a modern industrial environment.
Thereby, workers have the opportunity to improve their professional skills, organizational awareness and professional working style.

When returning home, these people can completely promote their knowledge and experience to start a business, contributing to the local socio-economic development.
Local authorities clearly identify labor export as the right and necessary direction, especially in the context of mountainous districts lacking development resources.
In the coming time, Buon Don will continue to focus on vocational training, orientation consulting, and improving the quality of labor resources to meet the requirements of international labor markets.

Labor export is gradually becoming one of the key solutions to help people in Buon Don escape poverty and stabilize their lives.
With active support from the government and the support of reputable businesses, the journey of "farming without farming" of workers here is opening up many bright prospects for a sustainable development future.
