In the field of agriculture and environment: Reorganize the Agricultural Extension Center on the basis of merging the Agricultural Seed Center into the Agricultural Extension Center. In which, dissolve 10 Agricultural Extension Stations and transfer staff and personnel to the Public Service Center under the Commune-level People's Committee. End the operation of the Urban Environment Service Center under the Sub-Department of Environmental Protection under the Department of Agriculture and Environment. After arrangement, reduce 12 internal organizations (1 public service unit, 1 department, 10 stations) and transfer 152 staff and personnel to the Commune-level Public Service Center.
In the field of internal affairs: Merging the Center for Nursing People with Meritorious Services and the Funeral Management Board into the Center for Caring for People with Meritorious Services. After arrangement, reduce 01 public service unit under the Department.
Maintain units under the Departments: Science and Technology; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Finance; Construction; Industry and Trade; Office and Economic Zone Management Board.
For commune-level non-business units: 64/64 communes and wards have issued Decisions to reorganize and arrange personnel for public utility centers and commune-level health stations.
Reorganize 6 commune-level Project Management Boards (reorganize into Regional Project Management Boards under the People's Committees of communes and wards after receiving the Regional Project Management Board, including: Tran Van Thoi, Nam Can, Cai Nuoc, Hong Dan communes, Bac Lieu ward, An Xuyen ward).

After the merger of the province, Ca Mua province has 926 public non-business units, including: 19 units under the Provincial People's Committee; 138 non-business units under specialized agencies and other administrative organizations under the Provincial People's Committee; a decrease of 24 units compared to before the merger of the province; Commune level: 64/64 communes and wards have established non-business units providing essential basic services; 28/64 communes and wards have established Project Management Boards; 679 kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools.
