On August 19, Mr. Ha Van Bac, Head of Cam Lo - Dong Ha Forest Protection Department (Quang Tri province) said that the unit had just received a fish-throwing individual from the people and released it back into the natural environment.
Previously, at around 6:00 p.m. on August 18, while checking the canal behind her house, a woman in Truc Khe village (Cam Lo commune) heard a strange sound and discovered a fish raft panicking and running away, trapped in a shrimp pond.
Realizing that this was a rare wild animal, she proactively rescued it and reported to the rangers to receive it.
After being cared for, the fish crab was released back into the wild safely.

According to the Cam Lo - Dong Ha Forest Protection Department, fish raids are rare animals that need to be protected and are in the Vietnam Red Book.
Timely and responsible actions of the people have contributed significantly to protecting biodiversity, limiting the risk of wildlife damage due to fishing gear.
