According to Lao Dong reporters in recent days, the working atmosphere at the ward headquarters is very busy, with the simultaneous installation of new nameplates, painting and expanding the working space.
According to the roadmap for merging and arranging administrative units, Ho Chi Minh City is urgently completing the infrastructure to be ready to serve the people from July 1.
In many new wards such as An Dong, Cho Quan, Tan Binh, Bay Hien, Tan Hoa... workers are rushing to complete the installation of nameplates, paint the facade and rearrange the working space inside.

The headquarters of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cho Lon Ward has also been given a new nameplate.
An Dong Ward has a new headquarters located at 203 An Duong Vuong (old District 5 People's Committee headquarters) with a nameplate and a renovated facade. The public administrative center of An Dong ward is located at 45 Phuoc Hung.
Cho Quan ward with a new head office at 211 An Duong Vuong has also had a nameplate attached, renovated and renovated. The public administrative center of Cho Quan ward is located at 53A Tran Phu (old headquarters of Ward 4 People's Committee).


Tan Binh Ward, which has the old Tan Binh District People's Committee headquarters (No. 387A Truong Chinh), will become the new Tan Binh Ward headquarters. The nameplate of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Binh Ward has been installed in both Vietnamese and English. The Tan Binh Ward Public Administration Service Center has also completed the namesake.


A representative of Tan Binh Ward People's Committee said that the units are focusing on completing all stages to ensure smooth official operations. Tan Binh Ward is a merged ward from Wards 13, 14 and part of Ward 15, with an area of about 2.12 km2 with about 89,000 people. This is one of 6 new wards in Tan Binh district after the arrangement.







The renovation of new ward headquarters is part of the preparation for the birth of the new Ho Chi Minh City, formed from the merger of the entire area and population of the two provinces of Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Binh Duong into the existing Ho Chi Minh City.
The new Ho Chi Minh City has an area of over 6,772 km2 and a population of over 14 million people. The total number of commune-level administrative units is 168, including 113 wards, 54 communes and 1 special administrative area.
