On November 25, according to information from the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, the province is directing departments, branches, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and localities to speed up the site clearance progress for construction, striving to complete the handover of 100% of the site to the project by December 15, 2025.
Ca Mau province is assigned to organize the implementation of land acquisition, compensation, support, and resettlement for the construction of the Ca Mau - Dat Mui expressway, with an area of about 713 hectares, a total cost of about VND2,028 billion, of which the central budget supports 50%.

In difficult conditions, but with the highest political determination, Ca Mau province has balanced and allocated 771.8 billion VND, the remaining budget is 242.2 billion VND, the province will continue to review and allocate sufficient capital plans to implement according to the direction of the Prime Minister.
Currently, the people on the route have a very high consensus and are receiving land clearance payments; the province has launched a peak emulation campaign to complete site clearance for key infrastructure projects.
The Standing Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee established a Steering Committee, regularly meeting with the construction unit every week, organizing delegations to visit the site, promptly encouraging and removing difficulties.
In addition, the locality has completed the measurement, inventory, compensation and support plan, and is completing procedures to change land use purposes, forest use, and hand over the site according to regulations for the implementation of the road project to Hon Khoai Island.
The Ca Mau - Dat Mui Expressway (CT.43) is about 90km long (the starting point is in the old Ca Mau city, the ending point is in the old Ngoc Hien district), with a scale of 4 lanes, the project started on August 19, with the Ministry of National Defense as the investor. The total investment of the project is about 58,900 billion VND.
