Promoting the role of village chiefs, hamlets and prestigious people
In recent years, Mr. Y Gio Bya - Head of Cu Prao Hamlet, Ea Lai Commune and a prestigious person in the locality has actively promoted and mobilized people to donate land for road construction, contributing to the construction of new rural areas.
Thanks to that, the local infrastructure is increasingly improved. The smooth roads make travel convenient, creating conditions for people to develop their economy and improve their lives.

Mr. Y Gio Bya shared: "Mobilizing ethnic minority people to join hands in building new rural areas is not a simple matter. I, along with prestigious people in the area, have to go to every alley, knock on every door, and encourage each member of the family many times to be successful.
Every time we mobilize, we must point out the meaning of the new rural program and the benefits of the people when donating land for road construction. Only then can we convince them to succeed".

The leader of Ea Lai Commune People's Committee said that in recent years, village heads, hamlets and prestigious people in the area have helped local authorities build new rural areas. Thanks to that, the appearance of the commune is increasingly improving, the rate of poor and near-poor households is reduced.
The silent contributions of prestigious ethnic minorities in the area have been contributing to enriching the homeland.
According to the People's Committee of M'Drak district, by May 2025, the locality will have a total of 19,132 households, 79,754 people and 17 ethnic groups living together. Of which, ethnic minorities have 8,234 households, accounting for 47. 40% of the district's population.
The district has 118 villages, hamlets and residential groups. Of which, there are 32 local ethnic minority hamlets, 22 villages have other ethnic minorities from other provinces living there.

Village and hamlet heads in the district have contributed significantly to the locality's effective implementation of the national target program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021 - 2025.

Raising awareness and understanding of the law among the people
Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach - Chairman of M'Drak District People's Committee said: "The work of propagating, disseminating and educating the law for ethnic minorities has promptly brought the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws to the people.
Thereby, creating conditions for people to better understand and be more responsible for the rights, obligations and responsibilities of citizens in law enforcement.

According to Mr. Thach, in recent years, the district has made efforts to change awareness and behavior, raise awareness of self-awareness and compliance with the law among the people.
Thereby, ethnic minority people increasingly believe in the innovation guidelines initiated and led by the Party. Many poor households focus on labor production, care for economic development, and actively participate in local political tasks.
"The goal of authorities at all levels in the district is to promote socio-economic development of ethnic minority areas. At the same time, ensuring political security and social order are guaranteed and maintaining the great national unity bloc", Mr. Thach shared more.
