The construction unit - Anh Tuyet Design and Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. (Anh Tuyet Company - address in Dien Bien Phu ward, Dien Bien) said that the project was constructed from September 2025 and strives to complete it in January 2026.
The project has a total construction investment of 7.5 billion VND, from capital from the National Target Program for socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas, period 2021 - 2025.
The project belongs to group C, civil works of level III, project implementation progress in 2025 - 2026.
Accordingly, the project has a construction investment scale including: 2 gate pillars 15 m high, the clear span between the two pillars is 21.5 m; 2 sides of the gate pillar are covered with copper reliefs; the front of architectural details is covered with granite; on the top of the two gate pillars are arranged copper cast stars; a horizontal steel truss system with Pieu scarf and electronic Led board patterns.
In addition, there are auxiliary items: landscape greenery, sidewalks, restoration of technical infrastructure, power supply system, and lighting of the welcome gate are installed synchronously.
The investment in construction of the project will be a highlight of landscape architecture and cultural and historical symbols of the gateway area of the "Muong Phang Historical and Cultural, Ecotourism Relic Area", helping to complete the infrastructure system and attract tourists to develop the local economy.
