On the night of March 30, Lam Dong rescue forces are urgently deploying rescue measures for the passenger bus that overturned in a deep ravine.
Due to the rugged terrain and darkness, rescue work encountered many difficulties. However, with a high determination, the authorities tried to approach the scene and deploy a rescue plan.
Previously, at 5:30 p.m. on March 30, at Km102+100 on National Highway 20, through Da Huoai District (Bao Loc Pass), a serious traffic accident occurred.
The passenger car with license plate 50H-323.65 was driven by Mr. Nguyen Van Lan (44 years old; residing in Tan Thien commune, Dong Xoai city, Binh Phuoc province) from Da Lat to Ho Chi Minh City.
When arriving at the above location, the passenger car driven by Mr. Lan collided with the rear of a truck with license plate 60H-153.46 driven by Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu (48 years old; residing in Lien Hiep commune, Duc Trong district, Lam Dong province) traveling in the same direction in front.
After the collision, the passenger car crossed the left side of the road and fell down Bao Loc Pass.
The accident killed Ms. T (26 years old; residing in Dong Xoai city). Many people in the car were injured. Both vehicles were damaged after the accident.
