On January 22, according to Lao Dong, the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council has just issued Resolution No. 116/2024/NQ-HDND, regulating the content and level of support for people who do not receive salaries from the state budget to attend training and refresher courses in the province. The Resolution takes effect from January 1, 2025.
According to the resolution, the beneficiaries include people who do not receive salaries from the state budget in Cao Bang province.
Applicable training facilities include Hoang Dinh Giong Political School and Political Centers of districts and cities.
Accordingly, the supported contents include: drinking water 5,000 VND/person/day; intermediate political theory students are supported 100,000 VND/person/month; food 60,000 VND/person/day; intermediate political theory students are supported 500,000 VND/person/month.
In addition, accommodation support is 70,000 VND/person/day for students who live 20 km or more from their place of residence to their place of study; stationery and documents: 15,000 VND/person/session; intermediate political theory students are supported with 200,000 VND/person/course.
Field trip expenses are supported at 80,000 VND/person/trip within the province, 100,000 VND/person/trip outside the province; travel expenses are 50,000 VND/person/trip for distances of 10 km or more and 15,000 VND/person/trip under 10 km.
Support funds are taken from the state budget according to current decentralization and other legal sources.
