Earlier in the morning of the same day, while fishing in the sea 80 nautical miles from Truong Sa island, Mr. Ngo Luc (51 years old, residing in Phu Yen province) felt a headache on the right side, dizziness, and a slight mouth distortion.
The patient was then taken to Truong Sa Island Infirmary by fishing boat BD98615 for emergency treatment.

Military medical team diagnosed and monitored stroke at 40 hours, high blood pressure.
Immediately, the medical team on the island performed emergency blood tests, blood biochemistry, X-ray, emergency, electrolyte rehydration, nutrition, and increased nerve conduction.
After emergency treatment, the patient was alert, responsive, no fever, soft abdomen, no weakness in both limbs, still had headache and right-sided facial pain. The island's military medics continued to monitor and provide conservative treatment at the medical center; consulted with a neurology specialist; closely monitored the patient's condition, promptly reported any abnormalities.
