Doing the procedures smoothly, luckily get a gift
On the morning of July 4, Mr. Ho Van Hieu (born in 2002, residing in Klu village, Dakrong commune) and his future wife, Ms. Ho Thi Nhat (Khe Luoi village, Huong Hiep commune) went to the Huong Hiep commune Administrative Service Center to make a marriage certificate.
When arriving, after getting the serial number, Mr. Hieu was told by an officer at the public administrative service center that they were the first to come and do the marriage registration procedures since the new commune came into operation.

Right when the officials completed the marriage registration for Mr. Hieu and Ms. Nhat, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province Tran Phong and the working group of the province inspected the operation of the public administrative service center.
When asked to visit people to do the procedures, Mr. Phong learned that the Van Kieu ethnic minority couple was the first to come here to do the marriage registration procedures since the time of operating the new commune (July 1). Therefore, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province represented and presented the marriage certificate to Mr. Hieu and Ms. Nhat, and presented a gift to congratulate them on their happiness.
Mr. Hieu said that he and Ms. Nhat have known each other for 4 years, after completing 3 years of military service, the couple decided to come together and the wedding would take place in 5 days.
"I was enthusiastically guided here, and the staff did the procedures quite quickly. Especially when receiving the results, it was right when the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province went to check, so he gave the marriage certificate and also had wedding gifts. We are very happy and lucky to have started smoothly like this" - Mr. Hieu shared.
Happy because cadres overcome difficulties, operate the system smoothly
According to the plan, on July 4, Mr. Tran Phong - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province - and the working delegation will work in Dakrong, Cam Lo and Ai Tu communes.

Early in the morning, the group visited Dakrong commune, this is the mountainous commune with the most difficult economic conditions in Quang Tri province. Dakrong commune merged 3 communes (ta Long, Ba Nang, Dakrong) with an area of 359km2, the commune's population of more than 14,000 people, of which 97% are ethnic minorities. Due to difficulties in infrastructure, when merging, the commune had to arrange 3 working locations.
Seeing the staff overcome difficulties, after 4 days of operation, the apparatus has basically operated smoothly, Mr. Tran Phong said he was very happy. "Seeing the mountainous commune with many difficulties but the cadres knowing how to overcome them with high spirit is very commendable" - Mr. Tran Phong said.
On the way to Cam Lo commune, the working group stopped to inspect Huong Hiep commune - a locality not included in the working schedule for the day, but the working group was excited to see that the infrastructure here was synchronous, the staff were assigned to work smoothly, and operate effectively.
Next, the working group in Cam Lo and Ai Tu communes - two localities with more favorable socio-economic conditions. The working group inspected the work of receiving and handling administrative procedures, the implementation of administrative reform, evaluating the quality of service to the people, and at the same time acknowledged the difficulties, promptly recommended and directed the resolution to improve operational efficiency.
