Present at Phu Thinh Bridge (Lao Cai City) on the evening of June 19, according to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, after completion, this bridge has been given a new layer of brilliant color.
From afar, according to the reporter's observation, around the bridge piers are colorful large-capacity lighting systems shining. This makes the surrounding area look decorated at night with a series of artistic light shows.
On the bridge surface, many vehicles are traveling, along with many people going to the bridge to breathe the wind and exercise.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hai (residing in Lao Cai city) shared: "This bridge worth more than 400 billion VND is not yet completed and looks normal, but when wearing a colorful ao dai, it is extremely brilliant. Along with Pho Moi Bridge not far away, Phu Thinh Bridge will also become the nighttime center of Lao Cai border area".
Regularly exercising around Phu Thinh Bridge, Ms. Le Thi Tham (residing in Lao Cai City) said that the bridge has been invested heavily to connect the two banks of the Red River, making it convenient for people to travel. Now the lighting system is decorated to make the bridge brighter at night. This is also a place that attracts people around the area to exercise and sightsee.
Through research, Phu Thinh Bridge across the Red River, connecting Bac Cuong Ward with Van Hoa Commune, Lao Cai City, was started in 2022 with a total investment of 450 billion VND.
Around November 2023, Phu Thinh Bridge will be closed, completing the main bridge section.
This is an important project of Lao Cai province. Once completed, it will help people on both sides of the Red River travel more conveniently and without having to go around the city center.
Information from the Lao Cai Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, after a period of construction, Phu Thinh Bridge connecting Van Hoa Commune with Bac Cuong Ward in Lao Cai City has almost completed all items, and people can now move on the bridge.
"Currently, vehicles can travel on the bridge more quickly without having to go around as before. Phu Thinh Bridge has also been installed with a brilliant LED lighting system like Pho Moi Bridge, the representative added.
