According to information from Tra Vinh Provincial Police at around 11:21 a.m. on May 30, in Luu Cu 2 Hamlet, Luu Nghiep Anh Commune, Tra Cu District, an electrocution accident occurred, causing two people to die on the spot while passing through an area where a power line fell to the ground after thunderstorms.
The two victims were identified as Mr. T.M.K (26 years old) and Mr. B.N.T (25 years old), both living in Luu Nghiep Anh commune. At the time of the incident, the two were driving a motorbike to the land of a household when they were unfortunately caught in an electric wire broken due to strong winds, resulting in being electrocuted and dying on the spot.
Immediately after receiving the report, the authorities were present at the scene, coordinating the investigation and clarifying the cause of the incident.
The family representative confirmed that this was an unexpected accident and did not request any further complaints or recommendations. The victims' bodies were then handed over to their families for funeral arrangements.
