    Quang Binh - A large tree fell due to heavy rain and strong winds causing congestion at Km77, National Highway 12C through Minh Hoa district.

    On the evening of May 9, the Traffic Police Department (Quang Binh Provincial Police) said that at Km77 National Highway 12C (through Minh Hoa District), heavy rain with strong winds caused a large tree to break, blocking the road, causing traffic jams.

    Immediately after the incident, the Traffic Police - Quang Binh Provincial Police coordinated with functional units to cut down trees and clean up the scene to soon reopen the route.
