    Initial information, the accident occurred at Km63, National Highway 2 between a truck carrying rice with license plate 88H - 023.15 traveling in the direction of Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang with a truck with a tractor-trailer running in the opposite direction.

    The incident caused the driver of the truck with license plate 88H - 023.15 to die on the spot, one person was injured, and the other was still trapped in the vehicle.

    At the scene, the truck's cabin was completely deformed after a direct collision with a tractor-trailer. Goods on trucks are scattered all over the road.

    Tuyen Quang Traffic Police approached the scene, diverted traffic on National Highway 2 and conducted an investigation to clarify the cause of the accident.
