The strongest wind near the storm center is level 10 (89-102km/h), gusting to level2; moving in the West Southwest direction at a speed of about 15km/h.
Hai Phong area has rain, moderate rain, some places have heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms. From now until the evening of the day (July 22), there will be heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms. The common rainfall is from 100-350 mm. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. From tonight (July 22), heavy rain will decrease, with showers and thunderstorms in the area.

Regarding urban trees, by 5:00 p.m. on July 21, 837 dead and endangered pests had been cut down; 2,851 trees had been pruning and compacted; and 4,412 trees had been tied up.
114/114 communes, wards and special zones have established a Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue and Civil Defense, developing plans and solutions to respond to natural disasters according to the natural disaster risk level; proactively organizing field inspections at vulnerable points, ensuring timely handling of incidents according to the "4 on-site" motto.
The city has not recorded any major incidents on the dyke and irrigation system. Currently, 4 forces with 165 personnel are on duty, patrolling on the dykes, with about 35,000 personnel from the commune-level shock force and 34,000 personnel from the military force ready to be on duty, participating in supporting the handling of dykes and irrigation incidents.
