According to the document signed by Mr. Tran Minh Chien - Chairman of the city, there is a content agreeing to terminate the contract for organizations and individuals operating 11 parking lots in Nha Trang city.
These are parking lots scattered on the coastline in Nha Trang city such as 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 14, 15, 21...
In addition, there is parking lot No. 2 Pham Van Dong, Ma Vong parking lot, and the entrance to Xom Bong bridge.
In particular, parking lot No. 21 at Nha Nghia Duong 378 under the Ministry of Public Security will not be exploited. However, to serve political purposes, the City People's Committee allowed Resort 378 to use a part of the parking lot area, the rest was provided for free to the people.
Nha Trang City has notified the mining units about the policy of terminating the contract and not organizing bidding to select the unit to exploit the parking lots, and urgently implementing contract liquidation procedures.
After terminating the contract with the exploitation units, Nha Trang City will organize the management, exploitation and operation of parking lots according to the exploitation and management plan of parking lots on the city's coastal park route approved by the city.
In addition, Nha Trang City also assigned the People's Committees of Phuong Sai Ward, Vinh Tho to organize the operation of Ma Vong parking lot and Xom Bong bridgehead from April 1, 2025 through software and technology applications to conduct publicity and transparency in vehicle parking.
