According to the Management Board, through grasping the actual situation and information reflected on social networks, the abbot of Cam La Pagoda has activities to raise some children at the pagoda and regularly performs medical treatment for people.
Regarding this matter, the Executive Committee and Deputy Head cum Chief Secretary of the Executive Committee of GHPGVN Quang Ninh province have directly worked many times, reminded and thoroughly grasped, but the Venerable abbot has not fully absorbed it.
Faced with the above reality, the Executive Board of GHPGVN Quang Ninh province requested the abbot of Cam La Pagoda to strictly implement the provisions of law in child care.
In case not ensuring full procedures and conditions as prescribed, it is proposed to return it to the family or coordinate with local authorities to prepare a dossier to transfer it to the Quang Ninh Provincial Social Assistance Center for management.
The Management Board also requested to absolutely not post images of children on social networks, in order to avoid causing injury to children - subjects protected by law.
It is strictly forbidden for the abbot of Cam La Pagoda to practice medicine without a practicing license and a license to open a clinic according to the provisions of law.
