HCMC - A pet care store on No Trang Long Street, Binh Thanh District suddenly caught fire, destroying many properties inside.

On January 5, the People's Committee of Ward 14, Binh Thanh District, informed that the fire at a pet care store on No Trang Long Street did not cause any human casualties but caused some of the furniture inside to be burned down.

Initial information, late on January 4, a fire broke out at a pet care store on No Trang Long Street, Ward 14, Binh Thanh District.

The fire then broke out and spread inside. Discovering the incident, people rushed in with fire extinguishers to put out the fire and called the Ward 14 Police.

Upon receiving the news, Ward 14 Police and functional forces of the ward quickly arrived at the scene, coordinating with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Binh Thanh District Police to put out the fire.

Police used a ladder truck to rescue three people believed to be trapped in a nearby hotel by billowing black smoke. Police were also able to rescue several pets, according to residents.

Through the investigation of the scene, the police initially determined that the cause of the fire was an electrical short circuit. However, the official cause is still being investigated and clarified by the Binh Thanh District Police.
