Initial information, at around 9:30 a.m. on March 4, a fire broke out from the first floor of Huong Sen Traditional Medicine Clinic on Le Van Thiem Street, Thanh Xuan District. Smoke swept through the bells and basements, rising tens of meters high.
The fire area was a 4-storey building, hundreds of square meters wide, located in the campus of Hacinco student village, with an entrance at gate No. 5.
The two floors of the building are Huong Sen Traditional Medicine Clinic, the remaining floors are for rent as gyms and kindergartens.
At the time of the fire, many residents of the building in Hacinco student village had to evacuate to the streets.
After receiving the report, the authorities mobilized 20 officers and soldiers, 2 fire trucks, and 1 car serving the fire fighting to the scene, coordinating with other forces to conduct fire fighting.
At around 10am, the fire was basically under control. Initially, there were no human casualties, property damage is being counted.
The initial cause of the fire was determined to be an electrical short circuit.
