Ha Tinh Department of Transport also announced that, to avoid backlog of documents and affect the rights of people, from February 18 until the date of the Central Government's Official Document, Ha Tinh Department of Transport will limit the issuance and renewal of expired automobile driving licenses from February 18 to March 5.
Citizens who have submitted applications for issuance, renewal and re-issuance of driving licenses to the Ha Tinh Department of Transport from February 17 onwards but have not been granted a driving license should directly contact the Department of Transport Management and Drivers of the Ha Tinh Department of Transport for instructions on supplementing, completing or taking the next steps;
The implementation time is before the date the Ha Tinh Department of Transport completes the handover of the driving license test to the Provincial Police according to regulations (expected handover time is between February 19 and February 28).
