On the afternoon of September 3, Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee organized a conference to summarize the 45-day and night campaign to accelerate the progress of site clearance for projects in the province.
Reporting at the conference, Mr. Bui Hong Quy, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dak Lak province, said that the campaign aims to complete 90-95% of the site clearance area according to the plan of 53 projects, including 11 projects supplemented by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
After 45 days and nights of drastic deployment, 7 projects were excellently completed, reaching 100% of site clearance area. Including Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project; Bai Goc Port Construction Investment Project...
In addition, 15 projects completed site clearance well, reaching 90% or more.
However, there are still 21 projects with site clearance rates below 90%, and progress has not met requirements.
Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Do Huu Huy assessed that the 45 Days and Nights Campaign has created a clear change in site clearance work, contributing to accelerating the disbursement of public investment capital, limiting the situation of resources having to wait due to site problems.
According to Mr. Huy, the results achieved are thanks to the close, drastic, and direct direction at the scene of 5 Task Forces led by Standing Committee members and leaders of the Provincial Party Committee as Team Leaders; the proactive coordination of localities, investors and especially the consensus of the people.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also acknowledged that the progress between projects is not uniform, and some projects still have large backlogs. Many projects have complex historical and legal factors, so they cannot be resolved in a short time.

For projects that have not met requirements, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to continue to review each case, clearly identify the causes, responsibilities and develop specific solutions to accelerate progress. Thereby, continue to remove bottlenecks in site clearance, create conditions for the implementation of key projects, promote disbursement of public investment capital and socio-economic development of the province.
