On June 7, many district-level authorities in Dak Lak province are still making efforts to review, synthesize, compile statistics, and classify documents to hand over to competent authorities according to the instructions of the Department of Home Affairs.
Recorded in practice at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Cu M'Gar district, in recent weeks, officers and employees of the specialized departments of the People's Committee of the district have worked overtime to synthesize documents in time.

Mr. Vu Hong Nhat - Chairman of the People's Committee of Cu M'Gar district said: "There are quite a few cadres and employees who are specialized in reviewing and synthesizing the district's records, making it difficult to complete a large amount of work in a short time.

According to Mr. Thao, the most important thing when reviewing and synthesizing documents is to pay attention to confidential and confidential documents to protect State secrets. This is a very important task that needs to be done carefully.
Faced with the huge workload, the district had to mobilize more commune-level cadres and teachers in schools to participate in supporting. However, this force only provided additional assistance and was not allowed to access confidential and unc Irated documents.
"Before June 15, the review and synthesis of documents basically completed. When we abandon the district authorities, we must hand over all the dossiers to the competent authorities under the instructions of the Department of Home Affairs. In parallel, the District People's Committee will also urgently complete the financial work and expenditures before June 15," Thao added.
